Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a well-established Carlsbad law firm to hire an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to support a trial attorney with two upcoming trials. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced trial environment and can operate with minimal supervision. Trial assistant must have a minimum of 5 years of trial litigation experience to be considered.

Litigation Legal Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to lead trial counsel
• Draft, review, and manage motions, pleadings, and discovery
• Prepare and submit state and federal court filings
• Maintain and manage litigation calendars, deadlines, and trial dates
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and court submissions
• Coordinate with attorneys and internal staff to ensure trial readiness
• Strong experience with motions practice and discovery
